Menu Plan: November 9-15


In the hopes this will spark new ideas for you, I plan to periodically post my weekly menus.  Here are the dinners we had last week.

Monday:  Chicken Piccata* (recipe to come), whole wheat egg noodles, steamed broccoli, salad

Tuesday:  Gooey Black Bean & Jack Cheese Enchiladas* (recipe to come), salad, grapefruit

Wednesday: (Nathan was gone) whole wheat rotini with marinara & mozzarella, Roasted Fall Veggies, apple/carrot juice, mango

Thursday: (small group night; kids only) Egg & Cheese Sandwiches, Green Juice #2, grapes

Friday: (date night; kids only) whole wheat spaghetti with marinara, steamed cauliflower w/ cheese, apple sauce

Saturday: (my brother’s birthday dinner) Briscuit (recipe to come), garlic mashed potatoes, braised carrots, roasted brussel sprouts, homemade honey wheat bread (recipe to come), fresh pinneapple

SundayFirecracker Salmon*, homemade bread, peas, apple slices

*Freezer Club meals that I pulled out of the freezer, defrosted, and popped in the oven.
