    My big boys in action this week…loving to wrestle already.

    Found a cheap deal on some Smart Chicken Tenders, thanks to my savvy shopper Freezer Club friends today.  So, chicken will be on the menu quite a bit this week and in the near future.  Any suggestions for new chicken recipes?

    Here’s what is up for this week…

    Dinner Plans:

    Sunday: Chicken Noodle Soup, Pillsbury Simply Rustic French Bread, veggies and hummus, grapes

    Meatless Monday: Whole Grain Pancakes, scrambled eggs, green smoothies

    Tuesday: tacos

    Wednesday: Italian Sausage & Tortellini Soup, Sweet Potato Biscuits, pear slices

    Thursday: spaghetti with marinara, steamed broccoli, applesauce

    Friday: Roasted Lemon-Garlic Chicken with Vegetables, brown rice, fruit salad

    Saturday: Ribs, Oven Fries, salad

    Sunday: leftovers

    Lunch Ideas:

    leftovers
    Annies Whole Wheat Mac & Cheese
    egg sandwiches
    peanut butter crackers

    Breakfast Ideas:

    Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins*
    yogurt with flaxseed and berries
    Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oats
    cereal

    Hey Rachel, here's a simple recipe for chicken tenders (you may already have it).
    1. Marinate chicken in freezer bag with about 1/2 Cup vinegar and oil dressing (I use Newman's Own) minimum of 1 hour.
    2. Cover chicken in bread crumbs
    3. Bake about 30-40 minutes at 375.

    So easy!
