I think most people dread the cheesy games played at wedding and baby showers. Can I get an amen, friends of moms-to-be and brides-to-be??
So when it was my turn to throw a shower, I was really excited to stumble on this baby shower activity from lil sugar that was sentimental yet interactive.
Wishes for the Baby Cards
You can download the cards from here for free and print them off on your own. I printed them on white card stock and then just added a red ribbon bow to the top to make them extra special.
I turned this into an activity by having the gift giver read off two or three of their wishes for the baby when the mom-to-be was opening their gift. Some wishes were sweet and genuine while others were hilarious and stirred up fun conversations.
If you’re looking for a fun, non-cheesy baby shower activity, I can say from personal experience that this one works.
