Instant Pumpkin Chocolate Oat Bars Recipe

No-Bake Pumpkin Chocolate Oat Bars

My kids love the Powerball cookies. Ok, I love the Powerball Cookies. But, you know me. I like to sneak in nutrition wherever I can and save time in the kitchen. So, I wondered if there was a way to make Powerball Cookies faster and more nutritious. The answer is yep.

This recipe turned out a bit like my Clif Kids ZBars Copycat Recipe but was faster, had pumpkin in them, and less sugar. It’s a super quick way to make a healthy and yummy snack for the kids (or mom). I’ll be making this a lot!

What does the “T” stand for? Is it a teaspoon or a tablespoon? Thanks

Tablespoon. I’m going to update this right now so there isn’t any confusion!
