Sunday: French Dip* sandwiches on whole wheat buns, chips and hummus, steamed broccoli & carrots

Monday: Chicken Parmesan Casserole, baguette, salad

Tuesday: leftovers

Wednesday: Honey-Soy Glazed Wild Salmon (in Family Circle‘s latest issue), brown rice, baked sweet potato

Thursday: Bacon and Spinach Frittata, smoothie

Friday: Tuscan Sausage Soup, crusty bread, salad

Saturday: BBQ Short Ribs (in Family Circle‘s latest issue), Oven Fries, peas

Lunch Ideas:

PB & honey on wheat

Starbucks Fake-Out Breakfast Sandwiches

Cobb Salad

Breakfast Ideas:

Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Pumpkin Whole Wheat French Toast

plain yogurt with berries, honey and ground flaxseed

Snacks:

Instant Pumpkin Chocolate Oat Bars

Simple Blender Hummus and sugar snap peas

Homemade Popcorn

strawberries and blueberries – so cheap at my grocery store this week!
