Menu Plan

Dinners:

Sunday: A Better Mac and Cheese*, steamed broccoli and carrots, strawberries

Monday: pizza, peas, apple slices

Tuesday: Yellow Bows of Texas* (chili mac with lots of veggies), whole wheat bowtie pasta, salad, clementines

Wednesday: Oven Omelet, whole wheat toast, Green Smoothie

Thursday: leftovers

FridayCheesy Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas*, salad, corn, cantaloupe

Saturday: Chicken Penne Pasta with Asparagus and Peppers*, roasted sweet potatoes, kiwi fruit

Lunch Ideas:

baked potatoes with toppings (broccoli, cheddar cheese, greek yogurt)

Lunch Wraps

pb and honey sandwiches

Breakfast Ideas:

5 Minute Chocolate Oatmeal

Pumpkin Whole Wheat French Toast

leftover Oven Omelet

Snacks:

Chocolate Nut Butter Pretzels

Strawberry Pina Colada Smoothie

Homemade Popcorn

hummus with carrots and chips

*Meals from my Freezer Club or that I had previously made and frozen. This is the only way we eat homemade food most days of the week!
