Tuesday: Cheesy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole*, peas, pear slices

Wednesday: Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancakes, scrambled eggs, Tropical Smoothie

Thursday: leftovers

Friday: Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Whole Wheat Flax Bread (in bread machine), raw veggies and hummus, mango slices

Saturday: date night

Lunch Ideas:

cream cheese on whole wheat crackers

almond butter and honey sandwiches

Breakfast Ideas:
