Menu Plan: July 6-13

119462682Usually Rachel is the menu plan guru around here but I thought I’d share what’s coming up for my family. Using my printable menu planner, here is what I’ve lined up for our kitchen table this week.


Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Mexican Soup, cornbread

Monday: Homemade pizza, salad, berries

Tuesday: Roasted chicken and veggies, whole wheat rolls

Wednesday: Chicken enchiladas with bell peppers instead of beans, chips (we use the leftover chicken from the night before for these)

Thursday: Baked pork chops, Green beans (wrapped in bacon so my husband will eat them!), mashed potatoes

Friday: Leftovers


Lunch Ideas


Hummus and pita bread

Wraps: turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, etc.

Meatball subs (I have some frozen)


Breakfast Ideas

Chocolate banana muffins


Baked Oatmeal
