Here it is. Thriving Home’s very first original printable: A Weekly Meal Planner!
It’s fitting that our first printable would be a weekly meal planner since it’s pretty obvious we love menu planning for the week around here. For a few years now I have found that meal planning helps us not only eat healthier but also save lots of money. We waste less food because I only buy what we plan to eat that week and it provides a peace of mind knowing what’s for dinner each night of the week. Once you get in the habit of planning our your meals, you won’t go back to the grab-and-go method of grocery shopping.
For this particular menu planner, I printed out one copy on quality paper and put it behind a 8×11 frame. I use dry erase markers to jot down the meal plan for each night. I also utilize the shopping list to keep track of what I need to get at the store for the coming week.
I like having my meal plan on the fridge so I used some adhesive magnets that I got from Hobby Lobby and just put them on the back of the frame. It worked great!
