Dinner:

Sunday: BLTs on homemade wheat sandwich bread (recipe coming this week!), veggies and hummus, fresh peach slices

Monday: Chicken Chopped Salad, whole wheat dinner rolls, cantaloupe

Tuesday: leftovers

Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner: Whole Grain Zucchini Pancakes, scrambled eggs, Banana Split Smoothie

Thursday: Grilled cheese on homemade wheat bread, leftover Tomato Bisque (from freezer), fruit salad

Friday: Mini Italian Pub Burgers, Roasted Purple Potatoes and Carrots, watermelon

Saturday: Chicken Penne Pasta, green salad, grapes

Lunch Ideas:

Tabbouleh SaladI’ve been making this like crazy with quinoa instead of whole wheat cous cous. I also add avocado and black beans.
