Dinner:

Sunday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast, Honey Wheat Bread, salad

Monday: leftovers

Tuesday: Baked Nachos, fruit salad

Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner: Fake-Out Starbucks Breakfast Sandwiches, Tropical Pumpkin Smoothie

Thursday: Grilled Balsamic Chicken Bruschetta, Oven Roasted Vegetables, cantaloupe

Friday: Baked Greek Scampi (recipe to come) over whole wheat thin spaghetti, steamed broccoli, peaches

Saturday: Chicken, Brown Rice, and Veggie Casserole, whole wheat rolls, and salad

Lunch Ideas:

Mediterranean Layered Dip and whole wheat pita bread

plain yogurt, fruit and ground flaxseed

leftovers

Breakfast Ideas:

Chocolate Sweet Potato Banana Bread (I’ll make these into muffins and only bake 15 minutes)

Breakfast Casserole Muffins
