Menu Plan

I’m excited to finally be cooking again! We are finally settling in after moving and not in survival mode anymore. This will be the first full week that we actually cook and eat meals at home! Here is what’s on the menu:

Sunday: Turkey Pesto Sandwiches, Oven Roasted Broccoli, and Oven Fries,

Monday: Baked Oatmeal, eggs, fruit

Tuesday: Roasted Chicken, crescent rolls (made in the bread machine), Roasted Asparagus

Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas (using leftover chicken from the night before)

Thursday: Pork Chops, Oven Roasted Broccoli, (my family can’t get enough!), sweet potatoes

Friday: Leftovers or maybe Pizza

Saturday: Leftovers

Breakfast Ideas:

Baked oatmeal

Oatmeal pancakes (my 8 month old LOVES these)

Zucchini flax seed muffins (already made and frozen)

Yogurt and Granola

Lunch Ideas

Leftovers

Ham and cheddar crescent rolls (recipe to come!)

Wraps

Leftover Mexican soup from last week

Snack Ideas

Popcorn (my 2 year old LOVES this)

Powerball cookies
