Dinner:

Sunday: Pork Tenderloin with Seasoned Rub, hash brown casserole, steamed broccoli, cantaloupe

Monday: Make-your-own pizza (using this whole wheat dough and this pizza sauce)

Tuesday: Leftovers

Wednesday: BFD*: Seriously Sweet Potato Pancakes, all-natural bacon, fruit salad

Thursday: Honey-Garlic Grilled Chicken, Balsamic Sweet Potatoes, brown rice

Friday: Grilled chicken sandwiches (using leftover chicken), veggies and hummus, pinneapple

Saturday: Mini Italian Burgers on Whole Wheat Burger Buns, Oven Fries, Asian Slaw
