Dinner

Sunday: Salmon and Sweet Potato Cakes (a new recipe from Rachael Ray) (Note: I just made these with a few tweaks, and they are delicious!!)

Monday: Mini Italian Burgers, Oven Fries, green salad

Tuesday: leftovers/clean out fridge or freezer

Wednesday: Pizzadillas

Thursday: Brown Rice Bowls (rice + black beans + shredded cheddar + salsa + whatever else you like on tacos, like avocado, lettuce, tomato, plain Greek yogurt, jalepenos, etc) (Note: Use leftovers in Lunch Wraps below.)

Friday: Crowd Pleaser Mexican Soup

Saturday: Pork Tenderloin with Seasoned Rub

*Breakfast for dinner
