Well the craziness of the holiday season has certainly thrown me off with meal planning the past few weeks. But, I’m back on the wagon, baby!

Dinner

Sunday: Tomato Bisque, grilled cheese sandwiches, apple slices

Monday: Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli

Tuesday: leftovers/clean out fridge or freezer

Wednesday: BFD*: scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit salad

Thursday: Fried Rice with Sweet Soy Sauce, clementines

Friday: Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Sliders, raw veggies with hummus, grapes

Saturday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast, Wheat Dinner Rolls, green salad, pear slices

*Breakfast for dinner
