    I skip the bowls and stand the corn up in a lasagna pan, deep sided roasting pan, and cut away. Or use a really deep mixing bowl. You still have corn that misses whatever you use, just cause that’s what happens. You should see my kitchen after canning beets!

    I have an obsession with corn and black bean salsa!! Now I can make my own. can it or freeze it while tomatoes and corn are plentiful from gardens in my area!! It will be 100% made in Murika!!
