“Real Food Meets Reality” Menu Plan: Dec 28 – Jan 3 (Stocking the Freezer for Healthy Eating)

Christmas Week: A FREE healthy, easy meal plan that the whole family will love every Wednesday at Thriving Home (thrivinghomeblog.com).

Sponsored by Hy-Vee (Columbia)

I know we’re all scurrying around with last minute holiday plans right now, but starting December 26 it’s time to come back to reality, amIright? For me, that means eating more moderately once again. That’s why this week’s menu plan is all about getting back on track with simple, healthy foods that I can stock my freezer with. I plan to try to double the freezer-friendly (FF) meals below.

Weekly Menu Plan

(FF) = Indicates a freezer-friendly recipe. Save time and money by doubling and freezing this recipe for another dinner later. Read Freezer Cooking 101 to learn more about this helpful strategy.
