With holiday travel over and kids back in school this next week, it’s time to buckle down and get back to eating healthy meals at home. But, maybe like you, we’re trying to reign in the spending after the holidays. So, this week I’ve made sure to include some easy and cheap kid favorites like Fried Rice with Sweet Soy Sauce, Seriously Sweet Potato Pancakes, Pizzadillas, and more.
