Family not crazy about seafood? I implore you to try our simple and delicious Mediterranean Shrimp Skewer recipe in this week’s menu. It’s made a believer out of my kids. With wild shrimp on sale, now’s the time to stock up on this healthy item. And, yes, meatballs made it on the menu again. When 9-year-old boy asks, 9-year-old gets. My son loves these little orbs of deliciousness. Try them over pasta or as a Meatball Sub Sandwich.
