With grass-fed beef and loads of vegetables on sale this week, I’m cooking up freezer-friendly, veggie-rich dinners all week long. My husband’s and my favorite recipe on the docket is probably the Cancer Fighting Soup. The kids would vote for the Meatball Subs and Baked Nachos as their winners (yes, even those meals are veggie rich!).
