Why does menu planning even matter in the big scheme of things? Sometimes after monumental life events like our family just experienced, I feel the need to back up and evaluate how I’m spending my time. Menu planning to me isn’t the end all be all of being a great mom. Nope. It’s just a means to an end. And that end is spending time around the table with the people I love most, enjoying good food and conversation. That’s what I genuinely hope this meal plan does for you each week, as well. We can do great things in the small things…even menu planning.

    Hi! I just have a question about your pumpkin spice latte recipe…it asks of 1/2 cup of vanilla extract. Is it really that much? Not that I don’t trust you. I have it in my crock pot right now but just used whatever I had left of my vanilla which was maybe 2 tablespoons.

      We have gotten this question a ton. 1/2 cup does work, but just start with 2-4 tablespoons and see if that suits you. I know 1/2 cup is a expensive!
