A Simple Make-Ahead Christmas Menu

You guys know me, right? My menu plans aren’t fancy, even when it comes to the holidays. The thing is, I want to enjoy my family and not wear myself out. That doesn’t mean these Christmas dinner plans aren’t going to be tasty, though! I’ll be plugging away at cooking ahead this week, so I can relax on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. You’ll find my notes below about how to make the most of your time in advance.
