Orzo Soup

LEMON CHICKEN

key ingredients:

chicken breast orzo pasta lemon  chicken broth

Saute the carrots and onions until softened. Season lightly.

Transfer veggies to slow cooker. Place chicken on top and season. Cook on low.

Remove cooked chicken, stir in orzo and cook.

Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Stir in chicken, spinach, and lemon juice. Serve immediately and top with parmesan.

To freeze: Cook the veggies. Add all ingredients to a freezer-safe container and freeze.
