As a mom of three young kids, I love finding cheap, easy ways to sneak in exercise. I already posted a free 30 minute Body Sculpting Workout by Jillian Michaels via Hulu and some of my favorite exercise DVDs. Fitsugar is another website with tons of challenging 10 minute exercise videos. There are a wide variety of cardio, strength training, and yoga workout videos on the site. I did two this morning with the kids that hit almost every body part, and I can’t wait to try out more of them. Believe me, I can feel it!
