I’m excited to finally try a new slow cooker chicken recipe on Monday night. It’s a dump and cook one! Sounds like it could be a kid favorite around here.
Then on Tuesday night, I’m making a Broccoli Cheddar Soup from Cooking Light that I used to make years ago with processed cheese (yuck!). But, I’m confident that slowing adding freshly grated cheddar will work fine in it’s stead. And on Friday night I’m making an oldie but a goodie (and cheapie); Tuna Patties are delicious and kid-friendly.
Monday: Broccoli Cheddar Soup (Note: sub real shredded cheese for the processed), whole grain baguette, apple slices
Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner: Pumpkin Protein Waffles, scrambled eggs with cheese and chopped spinach
*Breakfast for dinner
