Normally, we promote freezer cooking because it saves time, money and your sanity. We’ve written a cookbook all about it, after all. (Have you heard about From Freezer to Table!?!?) But this week, while our menu plan is full of freezer meals, it also contains My Favorite Cobb Salad. This salad is perfect to prepare ahead of time and eat all week whether you are at work, back at school, or soaking up the last few days of summer. Eating healthy has never been easier!
