Shredded Beef Tacos

key ingredients:

salsa  boneless beef chuck roast taco seasoning  whole wheat tortillas

Cook the seasoned roast in the slow cooker or Instant Pot.

Remove meat from slow cooker and shred.

Serve the Shredded Beef Tacos with your favorite Mexican toppings.

To freeze: Put the seasoned beef, salsa and broth in a freezer bag. Seal and freeze.
