Banana Quinoa Mash
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ banana
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk yogurt (I used plain, greek yogurt)
Instructions
  1. Double or triple recipe if desired.
  2. Mix all ingredients together either in a blender or by hand. Divide up in freezer friendly storage containers for future use.
