Slow Cooker: KitchenAid 6 Qt. Stainless Steel
Not all slow cookers are created equal. Some cook hot and some cook low. This model is the slow cooker we trust and use for all of our cookbook recipes.
Electric Pressure Cooker: Instant Pot DUO60
This model is the Instant Pot we use and recommend to anyone who asks. It has all the functions you probably need. It’s not too big (although you can snag an 8 quart if you’re feeling crazy). Swing by our Instant Pot 101 Guide for more Instant Pot information.
Immersion Blender: Cuisinart CSB-79 Smart Stick 2 Speed Hand Blender
This is one of my go-to kitchen tools, because it saves me from having to transfer hot foods to the regular blender. I use it to make Tomato Bisque, Broccoli Cheddar Potato Soup, and Creamy Autumn Soup from our cookbook.
Food Processor: Cuisenart 9 Cup
Blender: Vitamix 5200

Bread Machine: Panasonic SD YD250

Waffle Maker: Chef’sChoice WafflePro Express
Love the multiple doneness settings, audible alert, and heat resistant handles.
Electric Griddle: Broil King PCG10
This griddle has a large cooking area, nonstick surface for easy clean up, and attached grease trap (so it won’t tip over).
Hand-Held Mixer: KitchenAid 5 Speed
Love using this lightweight hand mixer for a quick mixing job.
