Monday: (didn’t get to this last week) Tuna Patties on mini wheat buns with Homemade Tartar Sauce, raw veggies and chips with hummus

Tuesday: Baked Nachos, fruit salad

Wednesday: leftovers, baked sweet potato

Thursday: scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, Tropical Smoothie

Friday: Vegetable Minestrone Soup, crusty bread

Saturday: Whole Wheat Pizza, salad, Bright Red Juice

Lunch Ideas:
