Wednesday: Apple Cinnamon Baked French Toast, Green Smoothie

Thursday: 5-Ingredient Mac and Cheese, steamed carrots

Friday: Cheesy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole, steamed broccoli

Saturday: One Pot Wonder Thai Peanut Pasta, fruit salad
