Menu Plan

Dinners:

Sunday: Super Bowl Party! I’ll make one or two of these foods…probably the Layered Taco Dip, fruit salad, and Powerball Cookies.

Monday: Tuna Patties on mini wheat buns with Homemade Tartar Sauce, raw veggies and chips with hummus

Tuesday: Tacos, guacamole, fruit salad

Wednesday: leftovers, baked sweet potato

Thursday: Oven Omelet, Whole Wheat Pumpkin Chocolate Waffles, Green Smoothie

Friday: Parmesan Pesto Pasta with Chicken, steamed broccoli, pear slices

Saturday: Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Wilted Lettuce Salad, mango

Lunch Ideas:

ham and cheese sandwiches (I use Applegate Farms ham b/c there’s no nitrates, preservatives, or artificial colors)

Annie’s Whole Wheat Mac & Cheese

cream cheese on whole grain crackers

leftovers

Breakfast Ideas:

Blueberry Pumpkin Baked French Toast

leftover waffles and oven omelet (see above)

Super Food Smoothie

5 Minute Chocolate Oatmeal (we have this weekly!)

Snacks:

Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

plain yogurt with blueberries

kale chips

nuts
