Menu for this coming week…


BreakfastOven Omelet, Brownie Baked Oatmeal, grapefruit
Lunch:  tuna salad sandwiches, veggies, chips and hummus
Dinner:  (kids only) pizza, steamed broccoli

Meatless Monday

BreakfastPumpkin and Apple Pancakes, fruit and yogurt parfait
Lunch:  leftover pizza, peas, mango 
Dinner:  Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups, homemade wheat bread, cauliflower cheese bake


Breakfast:  leftover pancakes, grapefruit
Lunch: peanut butter on crackers, cheese squares, veggies and hummus, apple slices
Dinner:  Beef and Snow Peas, brown rice, salad, orange slices


Breakfast:  scrambled eggs, toast, juice
Lunch:  work lunch
Dinner:  grilled shrimp, Roasted Asparagus, garlic wheat bread sticks, apple slices


BreakfastSavory Breakfast Muffins, Tropical Pumpkin Smoothie
Lunch:  grilled cheese and hummus on wheat, carrots, orange slices
Dinner:  Chicken and Apple Bites, oven fries, steamed broccoli and cauliflower


Breakfast: leftover Savory Breakfast Muffins
Lunch:  leftovers
Dinner: Spaghetti with Turkey and Veggie Meatballs, salad, apple slices


Breakfast: waffles or pancakes, fruit and yogurt parfaits
Lunch:  leftovers
Dinner: French Dip sandwiches, Roasted Lemon-Garlic Veggies, apple slices

Snacks for the week
Trail mix (my kids’ favorite mix:  whole wheat pretzels, dried papaya, mixed nuts, chocolate chips)
Powerball Cookies
peanut butter on mini whole grain crackers
