Menu Plan

Dinners:

Monday: Whole Wheat Rotini with Marinara Sauce/Fresh Parm, steamed broccoli and carrots, apple slices

Tuesday: Ham and Potato Soup*, whole wheat baguette, salad, mango slices

Wednesday: French Dip sandwiches, Oven Fries, hummus & raw veggies, cantaloupe

Thursday: leftovers, steamed broccoli, pear slices

Friday: Rosemary Shrimp Scampi, brown rice, baked sweet potato, apple slices

Saturday: Take Out Night: pizza, salad

Sunday: Omelets, toast, Green Smoothie

Lunch Ideas:

Bean and Cheese Roll-Up

whole wheat crackers with peanut butter

hard boiled eggs and whole wheat toast

Breakfast Ideas:

mini whole wheat bagels with cream cheese

Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal

Sweet Potato French Toast OR Pumpkin French Toast

Snacks:

Simple Blender Hummus with chips/veggies

Homemade Popcorn (I make a big batch each week and we eat on it for days!)

Trail Mix (dark chocolate chips, dried fruit & nuts)

*Already in my freezer from a recent round of Freezer Club.
