Sponsored by Hy-Vee Columbia

Weekly meal planning is hands-down one of the best ways to save time, money, and to eat healthier. Here’s why. Check back every Friday for healthy and easy recipes that your whole family will enjoy.

Please note that since we normally shop at our local Hy-Vee stores of Columbia and use their online shopping and delivery feature, our menu plans are based around their weekly sales in order to save our local friends money and time.
