Monday: spaghetti with meat sauce, Wheat Bread with Flaxseed, baked sweet potato

Tuesday: Easy Cheesy Mexican Chicken over brown rice, salad

Wednesday:  leftovers in quesadillas, salad

Thursday: A Better Mac and Cheese, steamed broccoli with cheese

Friday: Chicken Piccatta, mashed potatoes, salad

Saturday: Cobb Salad (with leftover Chicken Piccatta as the meat)

Sunday: (kids only) pizza

PB & honey sandwiches
