I’ve been making a variation of this freezer friendly, taco soup for my family for years. It’s my go-to large group meal because crowds love it, too. It can be made in the slow cooker or on the stove and is fairly inexpensive. Lastly, it makes a very large batch, so we have lots of leftovers for the week or to freeze.
