Like I mentioned last week in our Real Food Menu, Polly, my parents, and I are ambitiously retesting and rephotographing many of our recipes. This past week, we tackled and updated these recipes below. You really can’t go wrong with any of them. My family gave all of them a thumbs up!

Now, on to this week’s real food menu. With school starting this week, I’m planning to make ahead several breakfast items and freeze them for some quick and healthy options.
Sunday: Meatball Subs
Monday: Anything Goes Tortilla Soup (10 minute one pot wonder!)
Wednesday: BFD*: Sweet Potato Pancakes
Thursday: Baked Nachos
Friday: Rosemary Shrimp Scampi Skewers
*Breakfast for dinner
Brownie Baked Oatmeal (in large muffin tins, to make individual servings to freeze)
