    I love your amazing ideas for weeknight cooking. I’m wondering if you have a grocery list for the week and also do you shop once for the whole week or multiple times? I have a tendancy to forget something and then it’s hard to find time to go back to the store during the week. Thanks for your advice!

      Thanks, Courtney. In my ideal world and on some “I’ve got it together” weeks, I do all the shopping one day. I’d love to work toward adding a shopping list, so thank you for the idea. But, I’m like you…I end up making an extra trip or two thorughout the week.
