Tuesday: A Better Mac & Cheese, steamed broccoli (or Roasted Broccoli)

Wednesday: leftovers/clean out fridge or freezer

Thursday: BFD*: omelets, whole wheat toast, grapes

Friday: Chicken Noodle Soup (with Homemade Whole Wheat Egg Noodles)

Saturday: Make Your Own Pizza Night
