Baked Nachos


key ingredients:

Choice of Protein Black Beans Shredded Lettuce Diced Tomatoes Diced Avocados Sliced OIives Salsa & Sour Cream

Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.


Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on the bottom of pan. Cover chips with protein of choice and then cheese.


Bake for about 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add your favorite toppings.


To make it a freezer meal:

Cook the protein of choice as directed. Let the mixture cool. Place it in a freezer bag, seal and freeze.
