Blueberry French Toast Casserole with Vanilla Glaze

Easy and Delicious

key ingredients:

stale loaf of sourdough bread  eggs • milk • frozen blueberries

Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes.


Add blueberries to the top of the bread.


Whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.


Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries and bake.


To freeze: Assemble the recipes as directed and tightly wrap them with plastic wrap or foil.
