Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

key ingredients:

Water Unsalted butter Salt Egg Flour All Purpose flour Dry Active Yeast

Add the ingredients to the bread pan, ending with flour. 


Run the dough cycle.


To help air escape, remove the bread pan and punch the dough down.


Round the dough into smooth, taut balls. Aim for them to be about the size of golf balls. Let rise for a second time. 


Once the rolls have almost doubled in size, preheat the oven to 350°F and cook for 15-17 minutes. Then, remove and let cool.


To Freeze: Place baked rolls in a freezer bag, seal, and freeze.
