Cranberry Balsamic Baked Chicken


key ingredients:

olive oil balsamic vinegar chicken breasts dried cranberries

Whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.


Add chicken, brussels sprouts, and cranberries to the marinade. 


Cover it, and let it hang out in the fridge for at least a few hours.


Bake uncovered at 375°F for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper or as desired.


To freeze: Add chicken, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, and marinade into a gallon sized freezer bag. Seal and freeze.
