key ingredients:

fire-roasted tomatoes chicken broth veggies flour

Sautee the veggies and season

Add in flour to thicken soup.

Add in remaining soup ingredients and cook.

Simmer until veggies are very tender, stirring and scraping bottom occasionally.

Puree the soup using an immersion blender until fairly smooth.

Finish off the soup with butter and half-and-half. Serve and enjoy!

To freeze: Fully cook and allow to cool then store in freezer containers.
