chicken thighs chicken broth veggies dumplings

Sautee the veggies and season the chicken.

Add chicken, broth, and bay leaves to slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours.

Remove cooked chicken. Turn slow cooker to high and make dumpling batter.

Add dumplings to slow cooker. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

Dice or shred the chicken.

Stir in chicken and frozen peas.
