Crock Pot Taco Soup

Beans Yellow Onion Lean Ground Beef Garlic Cloves Taco Seasoning Chicken Broth Salsa

In a large skillet, add the onions and sauté. Season lightly with salt and pepper.


Brown the ground beef and garlic. Cook the meat until it's cooked through.


Add the meat, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, green chilis, corn, beans, broth, and salsa to crock pot.


Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours (or HIGH for 3-4 hours).


Add in juice of one lime and stir. Serve warm with your favorite Tex Mex toppings.


To make it a freezer meal:

Follow Steps 1-2 in the recipe. In a gallon-sized freezer bag or container add ingredients. Seal tightly and freeze.
