Mexican Soup 

Crowd pleaser

key ingredients:

• taco seasoning  •pinto beans • ground  beef • petite diced tomatoes

Saute diced onion.


Add in garlic and ground beef and cook.


Add the meat mixture and all other ingredients to a large stockpot and bring to a boil.


Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked.


To freeze: Cook the onions and beef, then stir in the rest of the ingredients and freeze the uncooked soup in an airtight freezer container(s).
