Beef Chuck Roast Steak/ Ciabatta Rolls Provolone cheese Dried Seasonings Beef Broth

Season both sides of the roast with salt and pepper and trim off any excess fat.


In crockpot, whisk together the broth, soy sauce and dried seasonings. Then, add in the roast. Cover and cook.


Transfer the roast to a cutting board and shred with two forks.


Toast the rolls and build the sandwich. Top with 1 or 2 slices of cheese.


To Freeze:

Follow step 1 in the recipe. Season the roast lightly with salt and black pepper and add to the bag/container with the sauce. Seal and freeze.
