Season both sides of the roast with salt and pepper and
trim off any excess fat

In crockpot, whisk together the
broth, soy sauce and dried seasonings
. Then, add in the roast. Cover and cook.

Transfer the roast to a cutting board and
shred with two forks

Toast the rolls and build the sandwich.
Top with 1 or 2 slices of cheese
.

To Freeze:
Follow step 1 in the recipe.
Season the roast lightly with salt and black pepper
and add to the bag/container with the sauce. Seal and freeze.
