Brussels Sprouts

key ingredients:

Brussels sprouts Olive Oil Salt & Pepper Bacon Balsamic vinegar Honey

Slice the root end off of the Brussels and then cut in half. Toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.


Spread out in a single layer on a rimmed sheet pan, making sure the flat side of the Brussels are face down.


Roast the Brussels sprouts for about 20 minutes.


Make the Honey Balsamic Drizzle. Be careful not to burn or overcook. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
